From Bristol
Take the A4 towards Bath, at the first roundabout (Hicks Gate roundabout) turn right to Keynsham. Follow the road past the Rugby Club, then turn right into St Ladoc Road, take the next right into St Francis Road, Broadlands School is on the right, the Keynsham Business and Secretarial Centre is located in Broadlands School.

From Bath
Follow directions for Ellsbridge House, continue past Ellsbridge House, and go straight over the roundabout, up the dual carriageway. At the next roundabout turn left into Keynsham. Then follow directions as above.

From Radstock
Follow directions for Ellsbridge House, at the roundabout turn left (not right as for Ellsbridge). Then follow directions above from Bath.
