Foundation Degrees
Foundation Degrees are open to anyone with the right ability, combining academic study with work-related learning. They are flexible Degrees which are run in conjunction with and validated by a consortium of universities.

Apprenticeship: Foundation Degree Health & Social Care Management
I've always worked in the health sector, in human resources and finance. I currently work in care, leading carers, as a care worker myself, liaising with families and doing advocacy work. The skills I've learnt on the Foundation Degree has made my work much easier and really increased my knowledge and confidence. I'm planning to top up to a full Honours Degree at Bath Spa University and then I hope to work for an organisation like UNICEF or the World Health Organisation.
