Governors
The College has a Governing Body of eighteen members which performs a similar role to a company Board of Directors.
The agreed composition of the Governing Body is currently eighteen members:
• External Governors - thirteen
• Staff members - two
• Student members - two
• College Principal - one
Periodically, vacancies occur in the External Governor categories and the Governing Body would welcome interest from suitably qualified people wishing to serve the community by becoming College Governors.

Under the Instruments and Articles of Government for Further Education Colleges 2008, the College is obliged to publish Minutes on its website. Governors have agreed to make these Minutes available once the Minutes have been approved by the subsequent meeting of the Committee or Governing Body. Dependent on the cycle of Minutes of particular Committees, approximately 12 months of Minutes will be listed on the Website.
Also under the current Instruments and Article the Governing Body is required to publish the Search Committe terms of reference and rules
