Accredited Qualifications
We offer a wide range of accredited qualifications which are relevant to industry. These include NVQs, NPTC, VTCT, ASCENTIS, CSKILLS, City and Guilds, OCR and ILM Awards, Certificates and Diplomas. They link in to the National Qualifications Framework and are designed to satisfy the development needs of both the employer and employee.
Custom courses
We are able to develop bespoke courses to meet your business needs; these can vary from short bite-sized sessions to more detailed programmes. Common courses in this area include customer service skills, IT skills and management development. We take time to find out about your organisation, help you establish what you want to achieve and propose a solution. We can integrate existing work practices into training sessions and materials as well as supporting new developments you may be introducing to your workforce.

Training Centres
We have a range of training venues throughout Bath and North East Somerset, some of which are particularly suited to employer related training. Alternatively, some training can be provided at your premises and even through distance learning to fit in with the needs of your business.
