Apprenticeships
What is an Apprenticeship?
Apprenticeships provide on-the-job training and lead to nationally recognised qualifications. They are a proven method to train your workforce and can make your organisation more effective, productive and competitive by addressing your skills gaps directly, even in uncertain economic times.
Apprenticeships can be:
- For ANYONE over the age of 16
- A training programme for someone in an existing job
- A newly created job vacancy, from junior to more supervisory roles
- At all levels from Level 2 (GCSE) to Level 4/5 (Higher Education)
Please contact apprenticeships@nortcoll.ac.uk if you would like to know more.
