Arboriculture Level 2 National Certificate NPTC
This course is designed to train learners to industry standard craft level in many aspects of arboriculture. Typical units studied on the course cover machinery use, weeds, pests and diseases, tree management principles, climbing and groundsperson skills, plant and soil sciences and woodland management. Training will also match the requirements of the NPTC Certificates of Competence (Units 30, 31, 38 & 39), though assessment of these is not part of the course; registration and assessment fees for these assessments are payable directly to NPTC.
